Delivery Standards means a definition of the delivery service provided in sufficient detail to allow EMS Operators to understand the service offered and to schedule export dispatches. Delivery Standards must be validated by the EMS Cooperative.

Examples of Delivery Standards in a sentence

  • The Lessor will provide certain fixtures and fittings for the interior of the Object leased according to Annex II hereto —▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Internet Plaza Office Building Delivery Standards (subject to the confirmation document signed by the Lessee and the property management company designated by the Lessor), the Lessee shall return such fixtures and fittings in the same shape, conditions and structure as previously delivered upon the termination of the Lease.
