Delivery Slip definition

Delivery Slip means a transport document that accompanies the cash, detailing the number of containers, amount and value of funds, broken down by denomination;
Delivery Slip and “Delivery” shall mean the oldest of the following events: the Delivery Slip issued by ServicePilot at the time the Products are being possibly sent, and, any transmission of documents, information enabling a use of the Software, including the document attached to the e-mail by which ServicePilot sends the License Keys in performance of a corresponding Order or the simple sending of the License Keys enabling a use of the Software.
Delivery Slip means an internal DIMEX document containing information confirming the fact of provision of a service. The Consignee must put their signature, print their full name, specify their position as well as the date and time of receipt of the shipment.

  • Maxim shall indicate the general condition of the Equipment on Maxim's Delivery Slip(s), generally in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B.” This Delivery Slip will also be used by Maxim to verify the general condition of the equipment upon its return to Maxim (at the expiration of the lease of any particular Equipment).
