Delivery Share definition

Delivery Share means, in respect of a Secured Security and a Holder, the pro rata share of a Secured Security within such series in the Aggregate Delivery Share applicable to such Holder;
Delivery Share means, in respect of a series of Secured Securities, the pro rata share of a Secured Security within such series in the Aggregate Delivery Share applicable to such series of Secured Securities;
Delivery Share means an entitlement to the service of having water delivered under section 222(1)(a) of the Act, at specified volumes during specified periods;

More Definitions of Delivery Share

Delivery Share means the share of the capacity of the distribution system which is available to a property in an Irrigation District, expressed in megalitres per day and recorded in the Water Register in respect to that property.
