Delivery Report definition

Delivery Report. A report created by Custodian delivered to the related Seller which identifies any loans delivered to an approved Takeout Investor including the date delivered.
Delivery Report means the report signed by the Parties on 15 January 2021 attached to this Agreement as Annex 1.1.38;
Delivery Report means an automated confirmation of the receipt of a message sent by the recipient's communication device to the sender's communication device.
