Delivery Range definition

Delivery Range means the three (3) consecutive day period (falling within the Delivery Period) proposed by the Buyer and confirmed by the Terminal Operator to the Seller, starting at 08:00 UPT on the first Terminal Loading Day and ending at 07:59 UPT on the fourth Terminal Loading Day, during which loading of the Murban Crude Oil into the Buyer's Vessel at the Terminal is scheduled to commence.
Delivery Range has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 of this Agreement.
Delivery Range means worldwide excluding any location from which the relevant Vessel is restricted from trading under the relevant Bareboat Charterparty or any relevant Sub-Charter;

Examples of Delivery Range in a sentence

  • Where the Builder considers that it may be able to deliver the Vessel prior to the last date within the Delivery Range then the provisions of this clause shall apply.

  • By no later than 10th January 2019 the Builder shall make an assessment of whether it may be possible for the Vessel to be delivered within the Delivery Range.

  • If in its sole assessment the Builder concludes that it is possible for the Vessel to be delivered prior to the last date within the Delivery Range then it shall give written notice to the Buyer of the date by which the Vessel can be delivered (the “Revised Delivery Date”).

  • At least seven (7) months before the Starting Delivery Date, Buyer shall provide Notice to Seller reducing the Adjusted Starting Delivery Range from three (3) months to one (1) month (the “Re-adjusted Starting Delivery Date Range”) provided that such one (1) month period must begin and end within the Adjusted Starting Delivery Date Range.

  • Seller shall calculate the Adjusted Base Price pursuant to Section 10.2 for each quarterly adjustment date (beginning on the first Day of the Adjusted Starting Date Delivery Range for the first quarterly adjustment) and provide Notice to Buyer of the Adjusted Base Price that will take effect thereon.

  • As to each Firm Order, Seller shall be obligated to deliver to Buyer Product constituting between ninety percent (90%) and one hundred and ten percent (110%) of such Firm Order (the "Delivery Range"), and Buyer agrees that any delivery of Product within the Delivery Range shall constitute full and complete compliance by Seller of its delivery obligations under such Firm Order.

If the Sell Offers of multiple Market Sellers are based on a single Existing Generation Capacity Resource, the Base Offer Segments of such Market Sellers shall be determined pro rata based on their entitlements to Unforced Capacity from such resource.

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.
