Delivery Process definition

Delivery Process. An implementation process that is efficient, effective, and as painless for the client as possible. This includes identifying the design and construction services required to accomplish the project and decisions about how to procure and manage these services.
Delivery Process. We will deliver electronic Documents by posting them on this Site, by electronic mail or by other reasonable methods of electronic delivery. We may send a notice to your email when an electronic Document is posted, depending on your preferences and applicable law. Documents will be delivered effective upon placing Documents on ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If applicable law or system limitations prevent BMCU from delivering certain Documents, BMCU will deliver them as allowed by law.

  • Any changes or increases in such amounts shall automatically become effective upon notice to Merchant via Processor’s Service Delivery Process and shall be immediately payable by Merchant when assessed by Processor.

  • The normal work-week for all employees included in construction and maintenance, e.g., Delivery Process Line Construction, Construction Services, E.C.& M.

Related to Delivery Process

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document.
