Delivery Performance definition

Delivery Performance. Lacks shall deliver Cladded Wheels to Ford in accordance with (i) the delivery times specified in Accuride's QS-9000 procedure 4.6 as set forth on Schedule 3 attached hereto, and (ii) any delivery notices or release orders Accuride may provide to Lacks in agreement with Lacks' process timing requirements which shall at no time exceed four (4) weeks. Lacks requests copies of Ford' 830 and 862 releases.

Examples of Delivery Performance in a sentence

  • In the event Distributor: (i) knowingly and intentionally sells any Inventory marked with Jamba Juice’s, name and/or trademarks to third parties without JJC’s prior written consent and/or (ii) fails to meet either the Delivery Performance Standards or Service Levels for two (2) consecutive quarters, it is agreed this is an incurable Default and at JJC’s election the thirty (30) day period to remedy is not required.

  • Service Delivery Performance: These would be based on standard order lead times, service installation and completion dates, testing and documentation provided at service turn-up, formal acceptance testing and verification of service quality, and delivery integrity against order specifications.

  • Failure to meet the Delivery Performance Standards will be evidenced by a copy of the invoice relating to the delayed delivery, with a brief explanation of why delivery was late, signed, time noted, and dated by the Store Manager.

  • Failure by Distributor to meet the Service Level and/or the Delivery Performance Standard for two (2) consecutive quarters shall constitute an incurable Default and will result in (i) JJC’s right to cancel this Agreement without penalty to JJC pursuant to Section 24 and 25 hereof, and (ii) at JJC’s option, transfer of the Inventory to JJC’s designated agent at Distributor’s Landed Cost without ▇▇▇▇-up following thirty (30) days’ notice to Distributor.

  • Distributor and JJC shall review Distributor’s actual performance against the Service Level and the Delivery Performance Standard on a quarterly basis.

  • Damaged or Short Supplied Delivery related complaints are documented by our Customer Service Department using a Delivery Performance Report, which is forwarded to our Logistics Department and our Transport Provider for investigation and resolution.

  • The Delivery Performance criterion measures Supplier’s ability to deliver the right quantity of Contract Products on the date specified in the Delivery Schedule.

  • The Delivery Performance measures Supplier’s compliance to keep the Contract Products stock within the agreed minimum and maximum inventory limits.

  • Distributor shall maintain a Delivery Performance Standard of 98.5% for On-time deliveries; 98.5% for Deliveries without Complaint; 80% Perfect Order Rate; +/- 0.5% aggregate Inventory Accuracy per item.

  • The JVC will maintain On-Time Delivery Performance equal to or greater than *** percent (***%), as measured each fiscal quarter.
