  • Date of Delivery: Party B will, at the time agreed upon by the parties, send out actuals ordered by Party A on the website (with specific arrival time depending on transport time of ordinary courier).

  • The Delivery Party shall specify the allocation ratio(s) to be used in the applicable work orders.

  • Each Delivery Party will comply with any outcome of a fitness to practise investigation reached by the other Delivery Party.

Related to Delivery Party

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivering Party means the entity supplying capacity and energy to be transmitted at Point(s) of Receipt.

  • Transaction Party means the Company and each Guarantor, collectively, “Transaction Parties”.
