Delivery Option definition

Delivery Option. Any method of delivery specified in ▇▇▇ Schedule 2 by which any Information Product is made available for use in accordance with this Agreement. Distributor: Any Person that distributes Information in any form other than the forms of distribution allowed to Subscribers in accordance with this Agreement. Distributor’s Group: For any Distributor, the companies recognised by NZX as under the control of the Distributor for the purposes of the Distributor’s agreement with NZX.
Delivery Option means the possibility to redeem the mortgage loan by buying back the covered bond at market or at nominal value in accordance with Article 33(3)(d) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.

Related to Delivery Option

  • Option Exercise Notice shall have the meaning for such term set forth in Section 3.2.2.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.
