Delivery Meter definition

Delivery Meter means the meter located at the Plant site boundary at which point deliveries of SNG are delivered to the Receiving Pipeline and are measured.
Delivery Meter means each of the meters which is located at or in the vicinity of the Points of Delivery of each of the Participants, and which measures the amount of Project Water delivered to each Participant from the Project. The approximate locations of the Delivery Meters are set forth on Exhibit A.
