For sales by Tanabe and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees of Delivery Means (whether purchased from Lynx or a Third Party) as an independent product sold in any country in the Territory for use with the Product (i.e., not in a Kit), Tanabe shall pay Lynx an amount based on such sales.
