Delivery Material definition

Delivery Material means tapes and other Publicity Material as defined below.
Delivery Material means all deliverables required pursuant to the provisions of the Programme Purchase Agreement in order to constitute Delivery thereunder and comprising the items listed in Part 7 of the Schedule to the Confirmation Letter;
Delivery Material has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 (Shipment). ​

  • It is expressly agreed that title in and to any Delivery Material provided to the Company hereunder will remain in Licensor at all times and that title, including copyrights therein, will vest in Licensor upon the creation thereof, subject only to the possession and control thereof by the Company from the date of delivery through the end of the related license period solely for the purposes of exercising its rights hereunder.

  • The Authority may raise written queries in respect of any of the Delivery Material which is delivered to it.

  • The Delivery Material shall be submitted no later than ten days after the date of the execution of this Contract; the second instalment of Funding after the completion of the Sponsored Event/s and Activities when:- The Authority has received a written request for the second instalment of Funding; Such request has been accompanied by the appropriate documentation/information (“Delivery Material”) set out in Part 2 of Schedule 3.

  • The Producer shall not permit any money in the Production Account to be transferred into any other bank account except by way of payment for goods, services or facilities supplied or rights granted in respect of the Programme or other Delivery Material.

  • The Delivery Material shall be submitted no later than two (2) months after the date the Sponsored Event/s and Activities have been held; and The Commission has determined that it will not raise queries under Clause 2.3 in respect of such Delivery Material, or, if it has raised queries under Clause 2.3, the Contractor has provided satisfactory responses to such queries, whereupon the relevant Delivery Material shall be deemed to have been accepted for the purposes of this Contract.

  • If Licensee fails to do so in time and/or detailing all points where Licensee has seen technical failure or incomplete delivery in the respective Substitute Delivery Material, any complaints shall be ruled out and the Substitute Delivery Material shall be deemed accepted.

  • In the event of technical rejection of the respective Substitute Delivery Material due to technical defects or incomplete delivery, Licensee shall identify the respective defective material and give detailed reasons for such rejection by providing DW with a precise technical report, detailing all points where Licensee has seen technical failure in the respective Substitute Delivery Material, within 10 (ten) days upon receipt of the respective Substitute Delivery Material.

  • Licensee shall request that DW shall deliver substitute delivery material (hereinafter referred to as Substitute Delivery Material) of the same PROGRAMME to replace the defective material.

  • The parties agree that in the event that only parts of the Substitute Delivery Material (single episodes, one programme of a package deal) are classified defective, the Agreement shall only be terminated with regard to those episodes/ programmes.


More Definitions of Delivery Material

Delivery Material means the deliverables the Vendor provides to Purchaser as described in this Agreement.
Delivery Material means the materials identified at Schedule 2 of the JVD in respect of the Film, together with all other physical materials acquired created or otherwise arising in respect of the Film by or on behalf of the Manager whether under a Production Contract or otherwise.
Delivery Material means one Digital Betacam cassette of the advertisement content adhering to the technical specifications as provided by Star and as amended from time to time or material in such format as set out in the Principal Terms and/or determined by Star from time to time (including digital modes).
