Delivery Material definition

Delivery Material means tapes and other Publicity Material as defined below.
Delivery Material means all deliverables required pursuant to the provisions of the Programme Purchase Agreement in order to constitute Delivery thereunder and comprising the items listed in Part 7 of the Schedule to the Confirmation Letter;
Delivery Material means the materials identified at Schedule 2 of the JVD in respect of the Film, together with all other physical materials acquired created or otherwise arising in respect of the Film by or on behalf of the Manager whether under a Production Contract or otherwise.

  • Delivery Material: Licensor shall deliver the Program according to the "Technical Standards” attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and the broadcast television standards in Europe, especially the technical standards and references of the European Broadcast- ing Union.

  • In the unlikely event that the License has been unable to obtain Delivery Material of a sufficient good technical standard the Licensee may elect to terminate this Agreement with the result that any payments made for the Delivery Material shall be refunded to the Licensee by the Licensor within 30 days of written notice.

  • Queries in relation to the Delivery Material The Commission may raise written queries in respect of any of the Delivery Material which is delivered to it.

  • The Delivery Material shall be submitted no later than ten days after the date of the execution of this Contract; the second instalment of Funding after the completion of the Sponsored Event/s and Activities when:- The Authority has received a written request for the second instalment of Funding; Such request has been accompanied by the appropriate documentation/information (“Delivery Material”) set out in Part 2 of Schedule 3.

  • The Delivery Material shall be submitted no later than ten days after the date of the execution of this Contract; the second instalment of Funding after the completion of the Sponsored Event/s and Activities when:- The Commission has received a written request for the second instalment of Funding; Such request has been accompanied by the appropriate documentation/information (“Delivery Material”) set out in Part 2 of Schedule 3.


More Definitions of Delivery Material

Delivery Material means the deliverables the Vendor provides to Purchaser as described in this Agreement.
Delivery Material has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 (Shipment). ​

Related to Delivery Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Sales material means a sales illustration and any other written, printed or electronically presented information created, or completed or provided by the company or producer and used in the presentation to the policy or contract owner related to the policy or contract purchased.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, or other filings made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to develop, manufacture, market, sell or otherwise commercialize a product in a particular country or regulatory jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials include INDs, XXXx and NDAs (as applications, but not the approvals with respect thereto).

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Cover material means soil placed over a soil dispersal component composed predominately of mineral material with no greater than ten percent organic content. Cover material may contain an organic surface layer for establishing a vegetative landscape to reduce soil erosion.

  • Documentary material means the original or a copy of any book, record, report, memorandum, paper, communication, tabulation, map, chart, photograph, mechanical transcription, or other tangible document or recording.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Fertilizer material means a commercial fertilizer that either:

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Offering Documents and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering and/or the distribution of the Offered Shares;
