Delivery Manual definition

Delivery Manual means a separate manual defining the basic requirements and instructions set by PKC with regard to deliveries to PKC Group e.g. purchasing and general delivery matters, packing and labelling, invoicing, quality and the environment etc. “Delivery Plan” shall mean a schedule provided by PKC laying out timetable for future deliveries. Delivery Plan consists of binding Purchase Order and non-binding Forecast.
