Delivery Limit definition

Delivery Limit means the maximum permitted holding upon the expiry of a designated physically-deliverable Contract and net of EFP and EFS positions given up post-expiry;
Delivery Limit means the maximum permitted holding upon the expiry of a designated physically-deliverable Contract, or the maximum cumulative amount of delivery notices tendered or received during a notice period, and net of EFP and EFS positions given up post-expiry;

  • To the extent Licensee exceeds the Storage Limit or Delivery Limit, Licensee shall pay Flexera overage fee(s) equal to twice the fees paid on a per GB basis for all GBs in excess of the Storage Limit or Delivery Limit.

  • Borrower shall have a "Delivery Limit" under the Foreign Exchange Facility not to exceed at any time the aggregate principal amount of Three Hundred Thousand and No/100 United States Dollars (US$300,000.00), which Delivery Limit reflects the maximum principal amount of Borrower's foreign exchange contracts which may mature during any two (2) day period.
