Delivery Lead Time definition

Delivery Lead Time means the time specified in the Price List, commencing on receipt by the Supplier of a Purchase Order as specified in clause 4.3, by which Delivery must be effected.
Delivery Lead Time means the lead times referred to in these Terms or in any Delivery Plan;
Delivery Lead Time means the minimum period of time which will elapse between the date of this Agreement and the date by which the Service can be delivered, such period being specified in the Customer Order.

Examples of Delivery Lead Time in a sentence

  • Delivery Lead Time for supply of the material shall not be more than 3 (Three) days + Transit time from the date of issue of Call-off/ Purchase Order (PO).

More Definitions of Delivery Lead Time

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:
