Delivery Installment definition

Delivery Installment means the final Installment described in article II(3)(e) of the Construction Contract.
Delivery Installment means the amount payable to the Company before the Company shall be obliged to make delivery of the Goods to the Site.
Delivery Installment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) -------------------- -------------- hereof.

  • The Training costs for such Non-Eligible Employees shall be deposited in the Project Fund, but shall be designated as “non-eligible” by a separate bookkeeping notation, and amounts advanced by the Employer for such costs shall not be considered as a Delivery Installment of Bond proceeds and the Employer shall not be entitled to reimbursement of such costs from New Jobs Credit from Withholding.

  • Following the final Delivery Installment of the Bonds, a tentative repayment schedule shall be prepared using then-current projections for New Jobs Credit from Withholding.

  • Buyer shall also pay to Seller as Supplemental Rent, on demand and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, a late fee in the amount of $500, plus interest at the Overdue Rate on any part of any Delivery Installment, Additional Installment, or the Final Installment not paid when due for any period for which any such payment shall be overdue, and on any Supplemental Rent not paid when due or demanded by Seller for any period for which the same shall be overdue.

  • Unless the Employer disputes the invoiced amount in good faith, the Employer agrees to remit, in full, the total amount listed on the invoice within thirty (30) days of its receipt and such payment will be made through a Delivery Installment of principal on the Bonds purchased by the Employer pursuant to Article VI.

  • The Delivery Installment amounting to US$ 8,390,000 plus any increase or minus any decrease due to adjustment of the Contract Price under the provisions of this Contract shall be due and payable simultaneously with the delivery to and acceptance of the VESSEL by the BUYER as set out in Clause 5 (d) of this Article.

  • The Borrowers undertake with each Creditor Party to use each Advance only to finance the relevant Contract Installment Advance or Delivery Installment Advance due under the relevant Contract.

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, Seller acknowledges that prior to execution of this Agreement, Buyer paid a $100,000.00 deposit pending execution of this Agreement, and said deposit shall be applied as partial payment of the Delivery Installment.

  • Such administrative fee shall be collected with each Delivery Installment.

Related to Delivery Installment

  • Annual Installment means the portion of the PACE loan that is due and payable for a particular year under the supplemental agreement.

  • Principal Installment means, as of any date of calculation, (i) the aggregate principal amount of Outstanding Bonds due on a certain future date, reduced by the aggregate principal amount of such Bonds which would be retired by reason of the payment when due and application in accordance with the Resolution of Sinking Fund Payments payable before such future date plus (ii) the unsatisfied balance, determined as provided in the Resolution, of any Sinking Fund Payments due on such certain future date, together with the aggregate amount of the premiums, if any, applicable on such future date upon the redemption of such Bonds by application of such Sinking Fund Payments in a principal amount equal to said unsatisfied balance.

  • Term Loan Installment Date means any Term B Loan Installment Date or any Incremental Term Loan Installment Date.

  • Installment as defined in Section 2.12.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
