Delivery Flight definition

Delivery Flight means a flight from a point in the United States where a carrier has taken delivery of a newly manufactured aircraft to any point or points on its route system.
Delivery Flight is defined in Section 2.5.
Delivery Flight means the flight, if any, necessary to relocate the Aircraft from the Inspection Facility to the Delivery Location.

Delivery Flight means the positioning flight necessary (if any) to relocate the Aircraft from the Inspection Facility to the Delivery Location.

Planned Downtime shall not exceed 5 hours per month. Conga will endeavor to give at least 24 hours’ notice before Planned Downtime except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat). Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.
