Delivery Distance definition
Delivery Distance means the distance between a Restaurant and the Customer, determined solely by us based on radius and polygon.
Delivery Distance means the trucking distance between Seller’s harvest site and the Buyer’s delivery location (which delivery location is within the Market Region).
Examples of Delivery Distance in a sentence
Products delivered by Seller to Buyer will be paid for at the Product Prices outlined in Schedule 4.1(a), as adjusted pursuant to Section 4.1(b), based on the Delivery Distance.
