Delivery Devices definition

Delivery Devices means any device when used for the delivery of, or for the activation of, a Pharmaceutical or biological.
Delivery Devices means the parts container, the Hub stands, the nootebooms, the frames and racks for the blades and Turbine Nacelles, Tower feet, transport stands and such other items listed on Exhibit M.

  • Electronic delivery device means any product containing or delivering nicotine, lobelia, or any other substance, whether natural or synthetic, intended for human consumption that can be used by a person to simulate smoking in the delivery of nicotine or any other substance through inhalation of aerosol or vapor from the product.
