Delivery Details definition

Delivery Details means the quantity, time and place for delivery or collection of the Goods as stated in Schedule 1 or otherwise directed by the Principal;

Delivery Details means, where applicable, account details and/or name and address of any person into whose name evidence of the Share Amount is to be registered and/or any bank, broker or agent to whom documents evidencing title are to be delivered;

Delivery Details means the Delivery Date, the Delivery Time and the Delivery Location; "Delivery Location" means the “Ship To” location identified in the Order and/or such other location or locations for delivery as stated in the Order;

Examples of Delivery Details in a sentence

• Bidders that intend to utilize the services of a third party hauling company for some or all of their deliveries are responsible for ensuring that the hauler they have selected can and will deliver their product to each location listed in Section III-2, Delivery Details, and for submitting an affidavit pertaining to assurance with their bid.

• For this particular bid solicitation, the distinct geographic regions for each agency are defined in Section III-1, Estimated Annual Quantities, as well as in Section III-2, Delivery Details.

• On receipt of such a notice the Principal may agree to change the Delivery Details or may withdraw the order.

More Definitions of Delivery Details

Delivery Details means, in respect of delivery of the Share Amount, the name and address of any person(s) into whose name evidence of the Share Amount is to be registered and/or any bank, broker or agent to whom documents evidencing the Share Amount are to be delivered; as specified in the relevant Exercise Notice;
