Delivery Date/s definition
Delivery Date/s means the date(s) stated in the Contract, letter of acceptance or purchase order when the Seller delivers the Goods to the Buyer.
Delivery Date/s means the date or dates by which the products are to be delivered to the location/s or the services are to have been rendered, as set out and referenced in the “Project Plan”.
