Delivery Block definition

Delivery Block means either or both of the First Delivery Block and the Final Delivery Block.
Delivery Block is defined in the Work Agreement.
Delivery Block means each of the First Delivery Block and the Second Delivery Block, each of which groups of floors shall be delivered to PE Member as a single block of floors or space (subject to Developer’s right to deliver full floor portions thereof in accordance with Section 9.02).

Examples of Delivery Block in a sentence

  • As used in this Section 3.3(a), the phrase “not available to be delivered” or similar phrases mean that Landlord has not tendered possession and delivery of the Initial Premises in the Required Delivery Condition, subject to Tenant’s rights to delay acceptance of delivery and possession of the Final Delivery Block as set forth in Section 1.13(b)(ii) of the Work Agreement.

  • As used in the Lease and the Work Agreement, the phrase “available for delivery” and similar phrases means that the Initial Premises is in the Required Delivery Condition and delivery and possession has been tendered by Landlord to Tenant, subject to Tenant’s rights to delay acceptance of delivery and possession of the Final Delivery Block as provided above.

  • In regards to the Initial Premises, Tenant shall not be required to take possession or accept delivery of less than a full Delivery Block in the Required Delivery Condition.

  • Notwithstanding that the Tenant has the right to delay accepting delivery of the Final Delivery Block in accordance with Section 1.13(b)(ii) of the Work Agreement, the Lease Commencement Date for the entire Initial Premises shall remain December 1, 2016, subject to the extensions set forth in this Lease and the Work Agreement.

  • On or prior to the Walk-Through Date, Developer shall deliver to PE Member (i) a proposed list of DC Punch List Work for the applicable Delivery Block (the “Proposed DC Punch List”), and (ii) the outside date(s) by which Developer expects each item or group of items listed on the Proposed DC Punch List to be completed (such dates being hereinafter referred to as the “DC Punch List Work Completion Dates”).

  • Please note that if you select a Delivery Block close to its start time (i.e. 20 minutes before the start of the Delivery Block), you will still be required to arrive on time for that Delivery Block.

  • If PE Member concurs that the applicable Delivery Block (or full floors thereof) is in Delivery Condition, PE Member shall thereupon be deemed to have accepted delivery of such Delivery Block (or full floors thereof), subject to completion of any DC Punch List Work, any latent defects and any other defects, omissions, or failures in Delivery Condition not readily ascertainable by a visual inspection.

  • This Agreement applies to each Delivery Block but there will be no relationship between the parties after the end of one Delivery Block and before the start of any subsequent Delivery Block.

  • Amazon requires that you a) arrive on time and be ready to provide Services for any confirmed Delivery Block or b) forfeit a Delivery Block at least 45 minutes before the start of such Delivery Block.

  • This Agreement applies to each Delivery Block and there will be no relationship between the parties after the end of one Delivery Block and before the start of any subsequent Delivery Block.
