Delivery App definition
Delivery App means a third-party delivery service that is not owned or controlled by a restaurant, and that is used by Consumers to place orders for food items from restaurants. This term does not include third parties used by the restaurant for orders to be placed and consumed by Consumers while located in the restaurant.
