TTC-IADS may correct such nonconformity by revising either the Delivered Software or Documentation or both, at its sole discretion.

TAIS shall accept the Delivered Software if the software materially conforms to the Specifications.
PSC shall be responsible for reproducing and distributing the Delivered Software to its End Users in accordance with Section 5.3 and for the paying FRx license fees as specified in Article 6.
