Delivered Sales means revenues of Client from the sale of furniture, home accessories, and related products and services exclusive of 1)Taxes, 2) delivery charges, and other similar fees and charges, that are Orders processed through the Application Services and that are delivered to Client’s Customers.

Examples of Delivered Sales in a sentence

  • For purposes hereof, the “Order Falloff Percentage” shall mean the percentage of Orders executed by Customers of Client that, do not result in Delivered Sales (as defined in Exhibit D).

  • Users will have access to reports for their online business, including reports on Written Sales, Delivered Sales, and key website metrics.

  • JCI will be not be responsible for any claims for breach of warranty or otherwise relating to M&C Delivered Sales or any defects or irregularities relating to Merchandise.
