Delivered Content definition

Delivered Content means the images, metadata, data layers, models, reports and other geographic or structural visualizations or embodiments included in, provided with, or derived from the information delivered to you by or on behalf of Pictometry pursuant to the Agreement.
Delivered Content means the images, metadata, data layers, models, reports and other geographic or structural visualizations or embodiments included in, provided with, or derived from the information delivered to the County by or on behalf of the Contractor pursuant to the Agreement.
Delivered Content refers to the pre-packaged geospatial data layers, custom geospatial data layers, or custom map documents as provided to the Authorized Customer by the County of Franklin, Pennsylvania pursuant to the Geospatial Data Request Form.

Examples of Delivered Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Online Services General Terms and Conditions incorporated in this Agreement to the contrary, the terms 'Eligible User' and 'Eligible Users' as defined in those Online Services General Terms and Conditions shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, also include each 'Authorized User' as that term is defined in the Delivered Content Terms and Conditions of Use incorporated in this Agreement.

  • Pictometry retains the right to restrict or revoke access to Delivered Content by any Project Participant who does not comply with the terms of the Delivered Content Terms and Conditions.

  • Each notice to Pictometry identifying a potential Project Participant shall include a detailed description of the scope and nature of the Project Participants’ planned work and the intended use of the Delivered Content in such work.

  • If available, you agree to provide to Pictometry geographic data in industry standard format (e.g., shape, DBF) including, but not limited to, digital elevation models, street centerline maps, tax parcel maps and centroids, which data, to the extent practicable, shall be incorporated into the Delivered Content.

  • Upon termination of the license granted to you in the Delivered Content Terms and Conditions, you shall immediately cease all use of the Delivered Content, promptly purge all copies of the Delivered Content from all workstations and servers on which any of it may be stored or available at the time, and return hard drive/media containing Delivered Content to Pictometry.

  • You further agree that you will not use any Pictometry trademark, trade name, logo, or designation in connection with any product or service other than the Delivered Content.

  • As the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the foregoing warranty, Pictometry shall use reasonable efforts to correct any deficiency that precludes use of the Delivered Content in the manner intended.

  • You agree to use your best efforts to assure that your personnel, and any others afforded access to the Delivered Content, protect the Delivered Content against unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, and dissemination, and that access to the Delivered Content and each part thereof will be strictly limited.

  • Participants take away valuable applied engineering experience, as well as developing team-building, communication, and project management skills.

Related to Delivered Content

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • Third-Party Filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Covered contract means a DoD prime contract for an amount exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, except for a fixed-price contract without cost incentives. The term also includes a subcontract for an amount exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, except for a fixed-price subcontract without cost incentives under such a prime contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
