Deliverables List definition

Deliverables List has the meaning given in Section 11(c).
Deliverables List means the list of drawings and other documents set forth in Exhibit EE to be delivered by the Contractor to the Owner pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Not later than at the Final Review, the Incubatee shall deliver all items specified in the Incubation Deliverables List to the Incubator.

  • Support the end user training performed by the AOC Deliverables: List of delta between Tririga 9i and 10i Detailed document identifying the training requirements of the delta between versions.

Related to Deliverables List

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Brand name specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.
