For the avoidance of doubt, in the situation where Adolor is qualifying a second supplier, Corium will not provide training and will not create or provide any documents (other than the Deliverable Documents as described above) to assist in such qualification, nor shall Corium take any action to delay or prevent Adolor’s qualification of a second supplier.
