Delinquent Status definition

Delinquent Status means the licensee has failed to meet the requirements for renewal or paid the renewal fee and is not permitted to practice as a professional surveyor in West Virginia. The licensee can remain in delinquent status up to thirty-six (36) months without submitting a new application.
Delinquent Status. The student’s account is delinquent, if the monthly tuition is not paid by the end of the month. As a result, the student will be immediately placed on financial probation until the balance is paid in full. During the financial probation, the school reserves the right to take any and all measures to secure the unpaid tuition. The following may apply • require the parents to resort to credit card payment method • bar the student from receiving financial privileges such as discounts and awards • prohibit the student from participating in school co-curricular, extracurricular and sports activities • refer the account to collection, and finally • terminate the student’s enrollment as follows:

  • If placed in Delinquent Status, Lessee will be subject to the procedures set forth in Item 910 of the Tariff, as amended.

  • Failure to do so may result in a Delinquent Status on your Step Account.
