Delinquency Fee definition

Delinquency Fee means the fee set forth in Section 2.3 of this Schedule which Customer will pay if an Advance is not paid by Customer or by IBM on Customer's behalf to IBM Credit on the applicable Payment Due Date for each Advance.

Examples of Delinquency Fee in a sentence

  • Late charges pursuant to subsection (D) of this Section 2.4 for an Advance for a calendar month shall be equal to (i) one twelfth (1/12) of the Delinquency Fee Rate multiplied by (ii) the Average Daily Balance of such Advance for the period when such Advance is past due during such calendar month multiplied by (iii) the actual number of days during such calendar month when such Advance is past due divided by (iv) thirty (30).

  • The Delinquency Fee Rate, the Product Financing Charge and the various A/R Finance Charges provided for in this Agreement are each computed on the basis of an actual day, 360 day year.

  • Any amount owing that is 90 days past due will also be subject to a Delinquency Fee (see Program Fee Chart) not to exceed 8% applied to the delinquent balance.

  • If funds are received in our office to pay a 2-month delinquent account to have your water service restored and the funds are returned by your bank, you will be subject to the $30.00 returned item fee, another $100.00 2-Month Delinquency Fee and you will be locked up immediately upon receipt of the returned item without notification to you.

  • The Delinquency Fee will be applied from 90 days past due going forward until overdue payments are received by the Program or the Contract is Terminated.

  • Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.
