Delineated Floodplain definition
Delineated Floodplain means a floodplain adopted by the Ravalli County Floodplain Regulations, a floodplain delineated under subdivision or other site specific review process, or any other floodplain boundary as delineated by accepted professional standards and as reviewed and approved by the Ravalli County Floodplain Manager.
Delineated Floodplain means that area delineated and mapped as a floodplain, as approved by the council and as shown on the city official zoning district maps. At no time shall it be less than that delineated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
