Delineated Area definition

Delineated Area means a surface area identified pursuant to Rule 62-524.420, F.A.C., within which ground water contamination is known to exist or which encompasses vulnerable areas or areas in which the Department provides a subsidy for restoration or replacement of contaminated drinking water supplies.
Delineated Area. ’ means the specific boundaries within which space will be obtained to satisfy an agency space
Delineated Area means the specific boundaries, as determined by GSA, within which space will be obtained to satisfy an agency space requirement. It is based upon the agency’s geographic service area, the amount of available Government-owned space, and the potential for competitive offers from the marketplace.

  • designated area means any area which may from time to time be designated by Order in Council under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 as an area within which the rights of the United Kingdom with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources may be exercised;

  • Blighted area means an area in which a majority of buildings have declined in productivity by reason of obsolescence, depreciation or other causes to an extent they no longer justify fundamental repairs and adequate maintenance.

  • Restricted Area means the United States of America.

  • Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
