Deleveraging Trigger Period definition

Deleveraging Trigger Period means any period after the Effective Date beginning on any day on which the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value is less than 60% of the Prevailing Market Value as of 9 a.m. (New York City Time) on the Effective Date and ending on the first day thereafter when the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value is equal to or greater than the Prevailing Market Value as of 9 a.m. (New York City Time) on the Effective Date.
Deleveraging Trigger Period means any period (other than a Second Deleveraging Trigger Period, determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) after the Effective Date from and including any day on which the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value of the Collateral is less than 70% of the Initial Prevailing Market Value to but excluding the first day thereafter when the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value of the Collateral is equal to or greater than the Initial Prevailing Market Value.
Deleveraging Trigger Period means any period (other than a Second Deleveraging Trigger Period, determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) after the Original Effective Date from and including any day on which the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value of the Collateral is less than 70% of the Initial Prevailing Market Value to but excluding the first day thereafter when the Administrative Agent determines that the Prevailing Market Value of the Collateral is equal to or greater than the Initial Prevailing Market Value.

Examples of Deleveraging Trigger Period in a sentence

  • No Early Termination Fee shall be payable to the extent the Borrower makes a voluntary prepayment under this Section 2.03(b) within 24 hours after the commencement of a Deleveraging Trigger Period, but only to the extent that such prepayment is made to end such Deleveraging Trigger Period as provided in the definition thereof.

  • Covenant Trigger Period means the period (a) commencing on the day that (i) an Event of Default occurs or (ii) Availability is less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $20,000,000 and (b) continuing until, at all times thereafter for a period of 30 consecutive days during which, (i) no Event of Default exists and (ii) Availability shall have been not less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $20,000,000.
