Delegated User definition

Delegated User. – means an individual who will utilize the TIN Matching session options on behalf of the firm. A “Delegated User” may not assign or disable users or update applications on behalf of their assigned firm. A “Delegated User” may only perform TIN Matching on behalf of their assigned firm.

Delegated User means a person with authority of any kind with respect to an Account or use of eBanking, as defined herein.   • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.
