Unless otherwise agreed, in respect of securities collateral and collateral other than securities collateral subject to re-use, the Reporting Party does not provide the Delegating Party with Delegated Reporting in respect of data under Table 4 (Re-use, cash reinvestment and funding sources data) of the SFTR Reporting Annexes.

The Client will reimburse the Reporting Delegate on demand for any costs or expenses reasonably incurred by the Reporting Delegate as a result of the Reporting Delegate needing to supplement, update or amend any Report as a result of any failure by the Client to provide any of the Counterparty Data by the time specified by the Reporting Delegate, or as a result of any breach of, or failure to comply with, the terms of these Delegated Reporting Terms of Business by the Client.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Delegated Reporting Terms of Business and the Standard Terms of Business, the provisions of these Delegated Reporting Terms of Business shall prevail.
The Client may do so by notifying the Company by email that it no longer wishes to utilise the Delegated Reporting Service with termination to take effect anytime within two (2) Business Days following the Company’s receipt of the notice.
