Delegated Registration Authority definition
Delegated Registration Authority. (or “DRA”) means an entity contractually bound to the Registration Authority that shall perform in-person identity verification with each Signer. The DRA operates via DRA Agents. For the purposes herein, the DRA is the Customer. “Delegated Registration Authority Agent” (or “DRA Agent”) means a person contractually or hierarchically related to the DRA, in charge of performing face-to-face identification for Signers, according to the DRA Registration Policy.
