Delegat definition
Delegat s Offer” or “Offer” means the full Takeover Offer dated 12 November 2010 by Delegat’s to purchase all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Oyster Bay not already held or controlled by Delegat’s as at 12 November 2010;
Delegat s” means Delegat’s Wine Estate Limited; “Delegat’s Group” means Delegat’s Group Limited;
