Delayed Obligation definition

Delayed Obligation has the meaning given that term in Section 2.09(c).

Examples of Delayed Obligation in a sentence

  • The party responsible for the performance of the Delayed Obligation must use its reasonable endeavours to remove, and minimise the effects of, the Force Majeure.

  • If the Delayed Obligation cannot be performed within the 20 Business Days referred to in clause 11(a) then either party may terminate this Agreement.

  • If a party's performance of an obligation under this Agreement (except an obligation to pay money), is delayed by Force Majeure ('Delayed Obligation'), the time in which a party had to perform the Delayed Obligation will be extended by the period of the delay, up to a maximum of 20 Business Days after notice referred to in clause 11(c) has been provided to the other party.
