Delay Ratio definition

Delay Ratio means the following ratio: (70 - (number of calendar days after the applicable Milestone Date that the applicable Milestone is successfully achieved))/70.

Related to Delay Ratio

  • Liquidity Ratio means (i) the sum of Cash plus Eligible Accounts, divided by (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Obligations owing by Borrower to Bank.
