Delay Expenses definition
Delay Expenses means any excess construction period interest, loan related costs, delay in the payment of any Rent, Taxes, additional insurance premiums, utilities, similar costs or other Operating Expenses.
Examples of Delay Expenses in a sentence
The Change Order Delay Expenses shall include any estimated cost or expenses resulting from a Change Order Delay.
The Tenant shall have no responsibility for the construction of the Core and Shell improvements, provided Delay Expenses and costs related to Tenant requested change orders to the Core and Shell Plans shall remain the responsibility of the Tenant hereunder.
Lessee shall pay Lessor for such Change Order Costs and the Change Order Delay Expenses within fifteen (15) days following Lessor’s delivery to Lessee of a request for payment (which request for payment shall contain reasonable supporting documentation including vendor or contractor invoices and details of costs covered by such request for payment).
