Del Tierra or “Community” means the planned community planned for development upon the property described in Exhibit “A” or any property annexed as provided herein; the said being within Manatee County, Florida. The foregoing definitions shall be applicable to this Declaration and to any supplemental declaration hereto or any amendment to this Declaration, unless otherwise expressly provided herein or therein.
