Degrader definition

Degrader means [***].
Degrader means with respect to a Collaboration Target, a compound comprising (a) a Target Binding Moiety, (b) optionally, a Linker, and (c) an E3 Ligase Binding Moiety that degrades such Collaboration Target.

  • Any selection of a Collaboration Compound as a Backup Degrader by the JRDC, by the R&D Expert in accordance with Section 9.9.2(b), or by Sanofi pursuant to the preceding sentence, will be recorded in the minutes of the JRDC.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sanofi may determine, in its sole discretion, that a Collaboration Compound that satisfies at least certain of the Backup Degrader Criteria during the Backup Research Term will be selected as a “Backup Degrader” notwithstanding that it does not satisfy all of the Backup Degrader Criteria.

  • Biogen will only be obligated to pay the IND-Enabling Study Commencement Fee one time with respect to each Collaboration Target, and after Biogen pays the IND-Enabling Study Commencement Fee for the first Degrader directed to a particular Collaboration Target, Biogen may commence IND-Enabling Studies for any other Degrader directed to such Collaboration Target without paying any additional IND-Enabling Study Commencement Fee.

  • In addition, no later than [***] after completion by C4 of all C4 Candidate Development Activities set forth under the applicable Candidate Development Plan with respect to each Degrader, C4 will deliver to Biogen a report summarizing all Results for each Degrader as a result of the performance by or on behalf of C4 of the C4 Candidate Development Activities set forth under the applicable Candidate Development Plan with respect to such Degrader (for each Degrader, a “Development Candidate Report”).

  • If Company identifies a [***] Degrader in connection with the activities contemplated by the [***] Early Research Plan, it shall promptly provide notice to Vertex and provide any supporting data regarding such [***] Degrader reasonably requested by Vertex and in the possession and control of Company; provided that Company shall in no event be required to conduct any new or additional Research or other activities to generate any such additional information or records.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, there will in no event be more than [*] Licensed Degrader Target Sets in total under this Agreement at any time.

  • The term “Third Party Collaboration Partner” shall mean a Third Party that has entered into an agreement with Calico to participate in research and/or development of Protein Degraders or Protein Degrader Components on a Collaboration Target pursuant to a Joint Research Plan.
