Definitive Rules definition
Definitive Rules means the provisions of the Scheme to be decided and executed by the Principal Employer under Rule 3.2.

Definitive Registered Note means a certificated Note registered in the name of the Holder thereof that does not include the Global Notes Legend.
Definitive Warrant means a Warrant Certificate in definitive form that is not deposited with the Depositary or with the Warrant Agent as custodian for the Depositary.
Definitive Security means a certificated Security (bearing the Restricted Securities Legend if the transfer of such Security is restricted by applicable law) that does not include the Global Securities Legend.
Definitive Securities means Bearer Securities in definitive form and includes any replacement ETP Security issued pursuant to these Conditions.
Definitive Notes has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
