Definitive Plan definition

Definitive Plan means a plan of a subdivision or re-subdivision of land showing the details as finally determined by the applicant and shall be drawn and contain such information as is hereinafter provided.
Definitive Plan means the plan of a proposed subdivision or resubdivision of land prepared and submitted in accordance with Section III.B. to the Planning Board for approval to be recorded in the Registry of Deeds or filed with the Land Court when approved and endorsed by the Board, and such plan when approved and recorded; all as distinguished from a Preliminary Plan.
