Existing Senior Note Agreements definition

Existing Senior Note Agreements means the collective reference to (i) the indenture dated as of February 3, 2005, pursuant to which the Existing 2005 Senior Notes were issued and (ii) the indenture dated as of August 11, 2009, pursuant to which the Existing 2009 Senior Notes were issued.

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.
