Definitions    Cause definition

Definitions    Cause means: (i) the refusal to perform Executive’s material job duties that continues after written notice from the Company; (ii) material violation of a material policy of the Company that causes, or is reasonably likely to cause, material harm to the business or reputation of the Company that is not cured within 15 days of written notice from the Company; (iii) willful misconduct in the course of Executive’s duties that causes, or is reasonably likely to cause, material harm to the business or reputation of the Company; (iv) Executive’s conviction of a felony; or (v) the material breach of the restrictive covenants that is not cured within 15 days of written notice from the Company.
