AGREED FORM UNDERTAKINGS AND DOCUMENTATION LETTERS means the letters of even date from the Lender, addressed respectively to (i) the Borrower, Tomlinsons and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co. and (ii) the Borrower and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Green, with agreed form documentation attached, in each case signed by way of acknowledgement and acceptance by the relevant solicitors and the Borrower.
