Definitions
Acceptance means Seller’s product has successfully completed Nortel Networks’ product acceptance program as set out in Exhibit D. Affiliate means one or more of the following (a) a Nortel Manufacturing Licensee; (b) a Joint Venture; or (c) an entity of which Nortel Networks Inc. or Nortel Networks Limited owns between 20% and 50% of the voting securities or other control mechanism.
