For the purposes of assigning sections to Members holding Seniority Status in multi-section courses, if such Member is appointed to a Definite Term Appointment in the full-time Bargaining Unit, the Member shall be treated as if they had accrued Seniority Points for any courses taught during their Definite Term Appointment.
Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this article do not apply to Research Assistants: Whose letter of appointment states that their Definite Term Appointment is not subject to renewal; or Whose appointment is terminated for disciplinary reasons; or Whose appointment terminates in accordance with article 14.01.08.
