Defined User. (also "Authorized User")" means an employee of Client, its Affiliates or a Third-Party Business Partner who is au- thorized to directly or indirectly access the Licensed Software.

  • The use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or a Contractually Defined User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material.
